Aaron S. Warner has extensive experience in civil litigation, where he has gained a reputation as an extremely professional and aggressive attorney who advocates for his clients in the strongest way possible. Mr. Warner is licensed to practice throughout the State of Florida and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. His hard work and dedication has helped obtain numerous six-figure recoveries for personal injury victims. Mr. Warner has been honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star since 2019, recognized by Florida Trend's Legal Elite as an Up and Comer, and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

 

Born and raised in South Florida, Mr. Warner is a graduate from the University of Central Florida, having received a B.S. in Legal Studies. Upon graduation from the University of Central Florida, Mr. Warner attended the University of Miami School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree.

 

Mr. Warner gained valuable legal experience as an insurance defense attorney representing various insurance companies and their insureds in property and personal injury claims. Mr. Warner also worked as an attorney at a large civil litigation firm in South Florida, where he gained extensive experience litigating personal injury protection cases against automobile insurance companies.
